At Danelec, we have bought into the Federal Government desire to gradually and systematically increase local content in its area of operations. We ensure that for components that cannot be fabricated or manufactured in Nigeria are assembled and tested locally by our indigenous team of Engineers.

As a matter of company policy, we try to develop the local content of the locality where our projects are to be executed. We achieve this by partnering with our host communities through direct labour employment.

DANELEC also makes sure that its staff is always abreast with the latest trend in technological advancements as well as issues pertaining to health and safety. In so doing, we offer professional developments to our staff. Though the entire staff strength is made up of individuals from varied fields other than engineering like accounting, marketing, administration and the likes, overall emphasis is laid on technological advancements.
