All data media (papers, diskettes or tapes) are adequately stored during project performance as well as during the final filing in such a manner that:

o          the progress of the project can be reconstructed by a person who has not been directly involved in the performance of the project;
o          documents/information forming the basis of the development of the project are registered and stored;
o          if not otherwise specified by the contract, documents and data will be kept in storage for at least ten years.
Item are labeled, packed and stored to avoid loss of information and confusion with other information.
Storage and maintenance of the documents is under the responsibility of the Technical   Manager.
