CAREER DEVELOPMENT

The Company recognizes the key role of the staff for the success of the company.
The company is committed to favor a constant development of the staff and consequently of the staff career. Career development is planned yearly in a formal Performance Appraisal session that involves the staff (individually), the Project Manager having knowledge of the staff experience.
