RECRUITMENT
Recruitment is an essential function of personnel development. The Company is committed to pursuing a policy of constant attention to young professionals with high growth potential graduating from University/Technical School. The Company is committed to recruiting personnel with adequate qualifications according to the needs of the projects and development programs. Interviews are to be conducted by Technical Manager and Project manager. The results of the interviews are documented in writing and thereafter forwarded to the Operations Manager for final decision. |

TRAINNING The company employs professionals with documented skills and education of high level in the main fields of the company activities. Consequently, the main means of training is on-the-job training to apply personal knowledge and experience to specific problems. By performing different tasks on different projects under the supervision of the Project Manager (coaching), the staff obtains continuous training. Specific Training needs are defined by Operation Manager, Technical Manager and Project manager in terms of areas where the Company wish to acquire/increase technical presence, experience and skills . |
